FluffyCall uses modern VoIP technology (Voice over IP) to enable calls directly through your browser. You don't need to install an app – just sign up, top up credit and start calling.

When making your first call, your browser will automatically ask for microphone permission. Click "Allow". If you've blocked the permission, click the lock icon in the address bar (Chrome) or the info icon (Firefox) and enable the microphone manually. Without microphone permission, calls are not possible.

FluffyCall works best with modern browsers: Google Chrome (version 90+), Microsoft Edge (version 90+), Firefox (version 88+) and Safari (version 14+). For the best experience, we recommend Chrome or Edge.

Yes. FluffyCall routes your calls over professional carrier infrastructure. With a stable internet connection (at least 1 Mbps), calls sound as clear as a regular phone call.

The person you call sees a FluffyCall phone number, not your personal number.

Yes! FluffyCall is fully optimized for smartphones. Simply open fluffycall.com in your mobile browser (Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone) and log in. You can make calls directly from your smartphone – just like on a computer.

WhatsApp and similar apps only call people who use the same app. FluffyCall calls real phone numbers — any landline or mobile in 200+ countries, even if the other person has no smartphone or internet.

No. FluffyCall runs over the internet, not your mobile carrier's phone network. Any internet connection works – Wi-Fi, cable or mobile data on your smartphone or tablet. Handy when travelling, too, for example on hotel Wi-Fi abroad.

You can call to over 200 countries worldwide. Prices vary by destination country – use our cost calculator on the homepage to find the price for your desired destination.

Signing up is free. To make calls, you top up from 10 euros, which covers around 330 minutes to the US or to German landlines, for example. No subscription, and your credit never expires.

After registration you can top up credit in the dashboard by card, Apple Pay or Link. Packages start from €10, and top-ups from €100 include a bonus.

No, FluffyCall is a pure prepaid system. You only pay for what you use – no monthly fees, no contract term, no hidden costs.

Your credit has no expiration date and remains available as long as your account exists. You can use it anytime, even after long breaks. Remaining credit cannot be paid out.

Yes. You receive an invoice by email for every top-up. Businesses can enter their VAT ID at checkout. The "Invoices" tab in your dashboard also provides monthly usage statements as PDF.

Absolutely. All connections are encrypted, and we strictly adhere to GDPR. Your data is never shared with third parties. More details can be found in our privacy policy.

Misuse (spam calls, harassment, illegal activities) is strictly prohibited. In case of violations, we will immediately suspend the account, withhold the credit, and potentially initiate legal action. FluffyCall is intended exclusively for legitimate business communication.

Simply contact us via email at service@fluffycall.com with the subject "Account Deletion". We will delete your account within 48 hours. Remaining credit cannot be refunded unfortunately.
