How does FluffyCall work?
FluffyCall uses modern VoIP technology (Voice over IP) to enable calls directly through your browser. You don't need to install an app – just sign up, top up credit and start calling.
How do I enable my microphone?
When making your first call, your browser will automatically ask for microphone permission. Click "Allow". If you've blocked the permission, click the lock icon in the address bar (Chrome) or the info icon (Firefox) and enable the microphone manually. Without microphone permission, calls are not possible.
Which browsers are supported?
FluffyCall works best with modern browsers: Google Chrome (version 90+), Microsoft Edge (version 90+), Firefox (version 88+) and Safari (version 14+). For the best experience, we recommend Chrome or Edge.
Is the voice quality good?
Yes! FluffyCall uses premium VoIP infrastructure for crystal-clear voice quality. With a stable internet connection (at least 1 Mbps), the quality is comparable to HD phone calls.
What phone number do I call from?
By default, a generic service number is displayed as the caller ID. In the future, you'll be able to rent your own phone number (from about $2/month) that will appear to recipients. This feature will be available after launch.
Does FluffyCall work on smartphones?
Yes! FluffyCall is fully optimized for smartphones. Simply open fluffycall.com in your mobile browser (Chrome on Android, Safari on iPhone) and log in. You can make calls directly from your smartphone – just like on a computer.
Which countries can I call?
You can call to over 218 countries worldwide. Prices vary by destination country – use our cost calculator on the homepage to find the price for your desired destination.
Payment & Credit
How do I top up credit?
After registration you can conveniently top up credit in the dashboard via credit card. Choose between our packages: $25, $50, $100 or $200. Starting from $100 top-up you receive an attractive bonus!
Are there any contracts?
No, FluffyCall is a pure prepaid system. You only pay for what you use – no monthly fees, no contract term, no hidden costs.
How long is my credit valid?
Your credit has no expiration date and remains available on your account indefinitely. You can use it anytime, even after long breaks.
Can I download invoices?
Yes! In the dashboard you'll find an overview of all your monthly invoices under the "Invoices" tab. You can download each invoice as a PDF – perfect for your accounting or tax return.
Security & Privacy
Is FluffyCall secure and GDPR compliant?
Absolutely. All connections are encrypted, and we strictly adhere to GDPR. Your data is never shared with third parties. More details can be found in our privacy policy.
What happens in case of misuse?
Misuse (spam calls, harassment, illegal activities) is strictly prohibited. In case of violations, we will immediately suspend the account, withhold the credit, and potentially initiate legal action. FluffyCall is intended exclusively for legitimate business communication.
Account & Support
How can I delete my account?
Simply contact us via email at support@fluffycall.com with the subject "Account Deletion". We will delete your account within 48 hours. Remaining credit cannot be refunded unfortunately.
